    Sha Tau Kok Closed Area Local Tour Quota Application System for Travel Agents
    1. 本表格只限於持牌旅行代理商在星期六、日及公眾假期，組織沙頭角旅行團之申請權配額申請。
      This form is only accessible to licensed travel agents who apply for Sha Tau Kok tour group quotas on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

    2. 配額將按照先到先得的原則分配。獲得申請權配額後，持牌旅行代理商可於指定時間在香港警務處網上服務申請平台辦理網上申請禁區許可證。
      Quotas will be allocated on first-come, first-served basis. After obtaining the quota, licensed travel agents may submit online applications for the Closed Area Permit on the Hong Kong Police Force Online Applications Platform (T-Cap) at the specified time.

    3. 每團人數不得少於15人，不得多於50。此申請不適用於寵物同遊。
      Each group must have at least 15 people and no more than 50. Visiting with pet is not applicable.

    4. 每家本地持牌旅行社每月申請團數不得超過10團。
      Each local licensed travel agent cannot apply for more than 10 tours per month.

    5. 禁區內不得使用各類揚聲器，盡量減低對居民造成的噪音滋擾。
      All kinds of loudhailers are not allowed in the Closed Area to minimise noise nuisance caused to the residents.

    6. 在禁區內外，所有旅遊巴士必須依法停泊於合適的位置，並不得妨礙通行，以免影響居民出入及交通安全。
      All tour buses must park legally in appropriate locations within and beyond the restricted area of Sha Tau Kok. They must not obstruct access to ensure that residents' lives are not impacted, and that traffic safety is maintained.

    7. 確認電郵將在3個工作日內發送，含有所申請配額之日期及時間。超出限額的團數將不獲計算在內。
      Confirmation email reply with the date and time of the quota you applied for, will be sent within 3 working days after your application. Overbooking will not be calculated.
