"Characteristic Local Tourism Incentive Scheme" (Phase Two)- Departure Date Registration Form
重要提示︰
1. 旅行社必需為其「本地特色旅遊鼓勵計劃」(第二階段)旅行團登記出發日期，並須於出發前至少3天前提交，逾期申請將不予處理。
2. 未登記出發日期的旅行團，其鼓勵金申請將不獲處理。
3. 已於行程登記提交出發日期的旅行團不須在此表格重複填寫。
4. 已成功登記的行程如有任何更改/取消出發，請於出發前2天(不包括出發當天)以電郵形式通知議會，以便議會安排巡查工作。

Important Notes:

1. Travel agents are required to register the departure date(s) of the "Characteristic Local Tourism Incentive Scheme" (Phase two) tours at least 3 days prior to tour departure. Late registrations will not be processed.
2. Application for cash incentives for the tours without registered departure dates will not be processed.
3. Tours that have already submitted the departure dates with the pre-registration are not required to fill in this form again.
4. If there are any changes or cancellations to the registered itinerary, please notify TIC by email 2 days prior to departure for the inspections arrangement.

注意: 根據申請指引，每個旅遊體驗活動的團隊人數不應多於 50 人。
According to the Guide to Application, the group size for each tourist experience activity should be 50 participants or less.
提交此申請表後，系統會按照申請者所提供的電郵地址發出一封載有「申請號碼」的電郵以確認收到有關申請，申請人可以利用此申請號碼作為日後查詢及聯絡時使用。如超過了 24小時後仍未有收到相關電郵，請與議會聯絡。
